I help clients navigate the complex implementation and deployment phases of getting their new products to market. I work with packaging technologists, buyers, manufacturers, brand and design teams, helping them fine tune their processes. I help them understand how to save money across their packaging supply chains and create processes that guide them through the complexities of legislation and compliance. 

For Wilko I created an end-to-end packaging process, set up a reduction in packaging cost programme and helped develop a new colour management and PQM process which was successfully trialled and rolled out across all of their packaging.
